Nourished Feels came about after the birth of my daughter, Leia. Choosing to honour this sacred time by connecting with yourself and the soul within, leading to a fulfilled journey of motherhood and beyond.
We live in a time when our external world is overwhelming and buzzing with distractions, causing a constant lack or loss of time. This space has been created to bring us back to the simplicity and beauty of life because it is easy to get lost in all the noise.
Your feelings change daily and are valid, whatever they may be. Your true essence is always within you, which can also get lost when you get swept up in the reality of daily life. Prioritising your feelings, nourishment, and movement in a meaningful way, and letting the effects of that fill you and ripple to those around you, is everything that embodies Nourished Feels.
Let’s go slow enough to hear the sweet whispers of the universe and intuitively follow what we are meant for by connecting to our energy—this is all that encapsulates this space.

“Paola has such a calming and welcoming energy. I remember how good I felt after my first pregnancy yoga class. Paola never made me get into positions I wasn’t comfortable with and I loved connecting with my baby as I moved my baby. I loved the tea, treats and chat with the other mums after class and always left feeling reinvigorated.Paola left treats and a lavender spray once I had my baby which was a lovely surprise.I continued mums and bubs yoga classes once I had my baby and loved seeing the mums again with their babies earth side. Paola had set up a great space for the babies to play while us Mums had some much needed ‘me’ time. It has been so wonderful meeting and getting to know Paola.
